Spring has sprung! Everybody is excited and looking forward to warmer weather and sunnier skies after one of the longest winters we have had in Toronto in years.  On the Real Estate side of things, Spring signals the sprouting of new listings and the beginning of home selling.  Expect a lot of open-house signage on the street (which I already noticed this afternoon on my drive home) and an increase in inventory of homes in Toronto and the GTA.
