Our 2016 Year-End Recap
December 29, 20162016 is almost over, and this is the perfect time to look back and revisit a productive year packed with beautiful home transformations, company milestones, and all the wonderful people including all homeowners, real estate agents, and all other real estate professionals that we have worked with and helped this year.
At the beginning of the year, yours truly have been named 2016 Stager of the Year for Canada by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) which is truly a humbling experience. Also in the first quarter, we decided to move to a bigger warehouse to serve you better by housing more beautiful staging pieces that will suit your every home.
More importantly, we have reached and helped more homeowners in Toronto and the GTA this year. We have showcased more than a hundred homes throughout the year and 8 out of 10 properties that we staged this year have sold for $60,000 – $200,000 over the asking price! What a fantastic year!

This property was sold way over asking in only two days and was featured in Toronto Star and Metro Toronto!

This condo located on King West (The Bohemian Lofts) went from stale to sold over its listing price!
3. Cranbrook Avenue | Toronto Luxury Home Staging
Listed for more than $2,000,000, this luxury home located at Lawrence Ave Mt Pleasant area had sold for its full asking in less than a week!
4. Dundas Street East | Toronto Home Staging
A bit of a challenge for homeowners because it needed a quick sale. After staging, the house had sold in 36 hours! And to make it sweeter, it was sold way over its asking price!
5. Sherbourne Street, Imperial Lofts | Toronto Condo Staging
This two bedroom condo/loft property was sold in 48 hours after staging and have sold well over asking after staging.
6. Redgrave Avenue | Etobicoke Home Staging
